BILLIONAIRE Season 2 Wipe Changes: A More Competitive, More Rewarding PvP Experience

Season 2 is built around one goal: making every day of the wipe meaningful.

We listened closely to what players asked for and what the PvP environment needed long-term. This wipe introduces major changes focused on balance, fairness, and sustained competition—without removing the intensity that makes Billionaire Ark what it is.

Below is a full breakdown of what has changed, how it works, and why these updates make the Season 2 experience stronger for every tribe.

1) New Day 1 Slash Commands (Quality of Life and Competitive Control)

Starting Day 1 of the wipe, players now have access to new in-game slash commands designed to improve clarity, tribe organization, base defense management, and overall quality of life.

These tools reduce unnecessary friction and let tribes focus more on strategy, raiding, and progression.

ORP Management Commands

These commands interact with Offline Raid Protection systems (details later in this article). Some ORP commands may be disabled if your tribe is using certain modded structures that conflict with ORP placement.

  • /showorp
    Shows the visual ORP range.
    (Disabled with mod structure)

  • /setorp
Sets the tribe ORP at your current location.
Only Tribe Admins can use this command and it logs a message to the Tribe Log.
    (Disabled with mod structure)

  • /removeorp
    Removes your tribe’s ORP.
Only Tribe Admins can use this command and it logs a message to the Tribe Log.
    (Disabled with mod structure)

  • /protection
Allows players to check remaining raid protection time.

Tribe Utility Command

  • /tribeid
Lets tribes view their Tribe ID for easier support, verification, and tracking.

Shop Access Command

  • /shop
    Opens the in-game shop interface.

Turret Management Commands

These commands allow tribes to quickly manage defenses during base prep, raids, rebuilding, and everyday operations.

  • /fill
    Fills turrets within your range.

    Examples:

    • /fill

    • /fill tek

    • /fill cannons

    • /fill myturrets

Use /filltest to preview your range bubble.

  • /turrets
Turns turrets in range on or off.

    Examples:

    • /turrets on

    • /turrets off

    • /turrets tek on

    • /turrets myturrets off

Use /turretstest to preview your range bubble.

2) Rates Updated for Better Progression Pacing

Progression speed has a direct impact on wipe quality. If tribes hit endgame too fast, the server quickly becomes repetitive and empty.

This wipe adjusts rates to keep the wipe competitive longer, while still respecting players’ time.

Updated Rates

  • General Rates: Now 10x

  • Breeding Rates: Kept at 50x, based on player feedback and demand

This is the healthiest balance between fast access to action and long-term competitive depth.

3) Offline Damage Protection (Custom ORP System)

One of the biggest additions this wipe is our newly added Offline Damage Protection, powered by a custom Billionaire Ark plugin.

This ORP system is designed to protect tribes from unfair offline wipes while keeping the PvP environment active, punishable, and skill-based.

ORP Inactivity Rule

ORP will be automatically destroyed if no tribe member logs in for 48 hours.

This ensures ORP cannot be used as permanent protection or “infinite safety” while still supporting real tribes who are actively playing.

4) Raid Flag System (Anti-Abuse and Fair PvP Protection)

To protect the integrity of raiding, Season 2 introduces a Raid Flag system.

Raid Flag prevents players from abusing protection tools, shop access, and inventory behavior during active combat situations.

What Triggers a Raid Flag

A Raid Flag is triggered when a tribe structure within ORP range is damaged.

Once raid flagged, certain actions are restricted until the raid flag is removed.

Raid Flag Restrictions

Blocked Popcorning Behavior

While raid flagged, players cannot use features that enable extreme inventory abuse, including:

  • Dropping all items in inventory instantly

Command Restrictions During Raid Flag

While raid flagged, the following commands and permissions will be disabled:

  • /setorp

  • /removeorp

  • /showorp

  • /suicide

  • /shop

  • /buy

  • /kit

  • /buykit

  • /sell

  • /upload

  • /download

  • wshop.buy

  • wshop.sell

  • wshop.kit

  • wshop.buykit

Stack Drop Limit

While raid flagged, players can drop a maximum of 100 stacks at once.

This keeps raids fair, prevents excessive item dumping, and ensures winners actually earn the reward of successful offense.

5) World PvP Flag System (Stops Mid-Fight Exploits)

Season 2 also introduces a World PvP Flag system for player-to-player engagements outside of base raids.

This prevents players from escaping fights through instant shop actions or command usage the moment they take damage.

What Triggers a PvP Flag

PvP Flag activates when a player is damaged by another player.

PvP Flag Duration

PvP Flag is removed after 30 seconds, unless the player takes additional damage during that time.

Command Restrictions During PvP Flag

While PvP flagged, the following commands cannot be used:

  • /suicide

  • /shop

  • /buy

  • /kit

  • /buykit

  • /sell

  • /upload

  • /download

This ensures fights are decided by decision-making and execution—not command abuse.

6) In-Game Shop Added (Custom Plugin)

Players asked for a smoother and more consistent shop experience, and we delivered.

Season 2 introduces an in-game shop powered by a custom Billionaire Ark plugin, designed for fast access, reliability, and strong integration into the server’s competitive progression.

This system supports long-term play by making participation valuable every day, not only during the first few hours of wipe.

7) Slower Phase Progression for a More Competitive Wipe

Many wipes fail because endgame arrives too quickly.

This season, we intentionally slowed progression by adjusting and removing some website purchase options that pushed tribes too far ahead too early.

Why This Matters

This change improves the wipe for everyone:

  • More meaningful Day 1 to Day 7 competition

  • Less “instant endgame boredom”

  • More wars, more rivalries, more raids

  • Better balance between grinders, builders, and fighters

Season 2 is designed to stay exciting longer.

8) Structure and Breeding Balance Changes

Disabled Structure

To help keep the meta balanced and prevent overly accelerated power spikes, we have disabled:

  • Mutator

Mutation Purchase Changes (Propagator)

Purchasing mutations from the propagator has been disabled.

This ensures breeding remains competitive and skill-based while avoiding extreme early wipe power creep. Progression is still achievable, but tribes must earn strength rather than instantly skipping the entire breeding journey.

This protects the wipe from reaching capped lines too fast and prevents overpowered tames from dominating too early.

9) Hall of Fame System: Season 2 Has a Real Endgame

Season 2 introduces the all-new Hall of Fame, built to reward what matters most in real PvP: winning fights and taking control.

This system ensures tribes don’t only focus on building, farming, and avoiding conflict. It rewards tribes who raid, win, and prove they deserve the top spot.

Hall of Fame Progression

Achieve 12 or more raid wins to reach the LEGEND rank, the highest rank in the season currently.

More ranks will be added soon, scaling up toward Mythic rank.

Season Objective: Becoming Cluster Alpha

The tribe that holds the crown at the end of the season becomes the new Cluster Alpha and wins massive prizes.

This creates a long-term purpose beyond “just surviving,” and keeps tribes motivated to stay active through the entire season.

10) Billionaire Buff Rework: Now Exclusive to Rare Gigas

The Billionaire Buff has been reworked to be both more balanced and more exciting.

What Changed

The Billionaire Buff now only applies to Gigas.

These are now known as Billionaire Gigas, and they are intentionally rare.

Billionaire Giga Bonuses

  • 4x more HP

  • 4x more damage

  • 2x faster

  • Not breedable

Why This Matters

This creates a high-stakes ecosystem:

  • You can hunt them for Billionaire Keys

  • Or tame one as a rare “pocket giga” for raids and battle advantage

This adds unpredictability, strategy, and a unique chase objective throughout the wipe.

11) Core PvP Balance Adjustments

Season 2 includes important balance changes that bring gameplay closer to official standards and reduce extreme stat gaps.

Changes Included

  • Increased crafting potion cooldown

  • Disabled structure collision

  • Armor and weapon cap is now the same as official servers

  • Dino stats are now the same as official servers

  • Reduced the buffs on:

    • Player fortitude

    • Player speed

    • Player crafting

These changes improve fight fairness and make wins feel earned instead of stat-abused.

12) Loot and Rewards Reworked for Consistency

Loot is one of the biggest drivers of player motivation. Bad loot systems create frustration, while consistent and rewarding loot keeps players active longer.

This wipe we fully reworked drops to make rewards more consistent and balanced across progression stages.

Deep Sea Red Underwater Drops

Deep sea red drops now guarantee blueprints, including:

  • Saddles

  • Weapons

  • Armor

This makes underwater runs a real objective again, not a waste of time.

13) Daily Spins Updated

Daily spins have been updated to be more balanced.

The goal is to keep daily activity rewarding without creating wipe-breaking power spikes for players who simply get lucky once.

Final Thoughts: Why Season 2 Will Last Longer Than Any Previous Wipe

Season 2 is built on one principle: progression should feel exciting, but not disposable.

By combining:

  • Slower and more competitive pacing

  • Stronger anti-abuse systems

  • Balanced PvP standards

  • Real endgame goals through Hall of Fame

  • A clear Cluster Alpha objective

…this wipe is designed to stay active longer, feel fairer, and give every tribe a reason to log in and fight for something real.

Season 2 is not about who progresses the fastest.

It’s about who takes control, holds it, and proves they deserve to be remembered.
